While we think this is trivial, it could make it a hard sell.

darknets will take over

Dijjer, feedtree, allpeers are getting better at creating p2p nets that perform like public ones, but take place entirely over trusted, authenticated, private darknets. if share fare can't locate infringers, it loses it's best marketing channel. sadly, current cartel behaviour will force this to happen. the window is closing - if it's even still open.
